At TECHNICAL SUPPORT, we aim to provide high-quality services with full customer satisfaction. However, if you need to cancel a service request or request a refund, please refer to our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellation: You may cancel your service request at any time before the service has been completed. To do so, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via email or phone.

    • If the service has not yet started, there will be no charge for the cancellation.

    • If the service is in progress, we may charge a partial fee for work already completed or for parts already ordered.

  • Device Pickup Cancellation: If you have scheduled a pickup for repair, network troubleshooting, or any other service, and wish to cancel it, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Any cancellation requests made within 24 hours may incur a pickup fee.

  • No-Show Policy: If our team arrives for the scheduled service or pickup and the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the customer may be required to pay a rescheduling fee for rebooking.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable in certain circumstances, such as:

    • The service has not been completed as per the agreed terms.

    • The customer has been overcharged or has paid for services not rendered.

    • A hardware repair or data recovery is unsuccessful, and the customer decides to cancel after efforts have been made.

  • Refund Process:

    • For Uncompleted Services: If a service has not been performed or is unsatisfactory, a full refund will be issued.

    • For Completed Services: If the service is completed to the agreed specifications, no refund will be granted. However, in case of dissatisfaction, we offer a free follow-up service to rectify the issue.

    • Parts Refund: If you are returning parts due to incompatibility or defect, you are eligible for a refund only if the part is unused and in original condition. Restocking fees may apply.

  • Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the completed service or product. After this period, we may not be able to process a refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as data recovery and cybersecurity services, are considered non-refundable once the work has been initiated. However, if data recovery efforts are unsuccessful, we may offer a partial refund or credit.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been delivered or for custom orders such as parts purchased specifically for your repair.
